We accept bank transfer, bank card (Visa/Mastercard) and cash on delivery via courier. The proforma invoice is issued upon request, and the final invoice is included in the package.
Yes, within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in original, unused condition. Return costs are borne by the customer, and the refund is made within a maximum of 10 working days.

Yes, we send a sample set with the available textures and effects (soft touch, embossing, gold/silver foil). The cost is 15 lei and is deducted from the first order. Request the set through the contact form.
