This document establishes the general terms and conditions under which Tenfourcard provides users with its design and printing services for business cards, invitations, and corporate materials.

By accessing the tenfourcard.com website and placing an order, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accept the provisions of these terms.

Tenfourcard reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms, with changes being published on this page and becoming applicable from the date of publication.

The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information during the registration and ordering process, including contact details and technical specifications of the requested materials.

The user is responsible for the graphic and textual content submitted for printing, ensuring it does not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties.

It is forbidden to use Tenfourcard services to produce materials containing discriminatory or defamatory elements or that violate the applicable legislation in Romania.

• The user must verify the files uploaded in the configurator before confirming the order.
• Any modification after confirmation may be subject to additional costs and adjusted delivery times.
• The user is obliged to notify Tenfourcard within 48 hours of receiving the package regarding any visible defects.

Tenfourcard undertakes to execute the order according to the agreed specifications, using premium quality printing materials and techniques, as described on the website.

Tenfourcard reserves the right to refuse an order if it contains elements that contravene the law or good morals, without being obliged to justify the refusal.

If, for technical reasons, the requested configuration cannot be exactly achieved, Tenfourcard will contact the user to agree on an alternative solution.

The order is placed through the online configurator, and final confirmation is made after the user verifies the automatically generated preview.

After confirmation, Tenfourcard will send an email notification with the order details and the estimated delivery time.

Any content error noticed after confirmation can only be corrected if the production process has not started; otherwise, reprint fees apply.

Delivery Times

The standard production time is 3-5 working days from confirmation, and delivery is made by express courier within an additional 1-2 working days.

For urgent orders, 24-hour production can be opted for, at an additional cost displayed in the configurator.

Tenfourcard is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier operators or force majeure, as defined by Romanian law.

Tenfourcard's liability for direct damages caused by product non-conformity is limited to the value of the respective order.

Tenfourcard is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or additional expenses incurred from using the products.

• Personalized products can only be returned in the case of major manufacturing defects.
• Any complaints must be submitted in writing to the email address info@tenfourcard.com within 48 hours of receipt.
• Tenfourcard does not guarantee the exact reproduction of on-screen colors compared to the printed result, due to differences in monitor calibration.

Tenfourcard may suspend or deactivate a user's access to the platform in the event of repeated violations of these terms or applicable law.

The user may request the deletion of their account by sending a request to the email address info@tenfourcard.com, and Tenfourcard will process the request within 30 days.

After termination of use, payment obligations for already confirmed orders remain valid.

Tenfourcard reserves the right to periodically update these terms, and users will be informed by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect.
